Description
Classic purple (WLL 1T) slackline spanset. The most basic element for building safe slackline anchors. Big safety margin and ease of use are its biggest advantages. Connecting spansets together is extremely simple and allows to create anchors of almost any length.
Safety factor of 7:1 means the spanset breaking strength reaches over 7 tons. Yet it should always be used within permitted Work Load Limit (WLL).
Despite the double layer construction (core+sleeve), the slings are not resistant to sharp edges and/or intense friction, and in such cases additional protection (e.g. treepro) should be used. The material from which the slings are made makes them resistant to moisture, oil and grease, but it is recommended to dry wet slings after rainy sessions.
The 2024 version of the slings has a weight reduced by approximately 25% (compared to the previous model) and a classic purple color.
Notice:
Slackline spansets are not certified as PPE.
Given length is equal to half the circumference.
